     Thanks for the detailed instruction and positive reinforcement while I was at your Body Basics store looking at treadmills. All my prior research told me the best choice was Landice, and I am being proven right. And, purchasing the Landice from Body Basics was also the right choice as I felt you were interested in getting me into the right piece of equipment. My wife, Karen, and I are putting our L7 ProSport Trainer to work. I'm amazed how such a stout machine can run so quietly.      It's been two years now since I purchased my WaterRower.  It is the single best piece of fitness equipment available.  My rower tones and strengthens while building cardio endurance with amazing efficiency.
     I have a bachelor's degree in physical education - specifically exercise physiology - and I know of no other piece of equipment that provides better overall results.  The rower is also completely safe with no risk from weight momentum and zero impact on joints.
     My rower is attractive, easy to use, and provides a fun and challenging workout.  I have no negative criticism and recommend the WaterRower - to anyone seeking total fitness - without hesitation.

     A little over a year ago my husband, Dean, and I purchased a Landice treadmill for home use from your business.  I write to you today to express my extremely high level of satisfaction with this purchase.  I have experienced my share of "buyer's remorse" with consumer purchases, but I can say without reservation that the Landice treadmill purchase does not qualify under that description.
     As a former Division I collegiate athlete, a physical therapist, and an avid exerciser, I have had my share of experiences with a large variety of treadmills.  The Landice ProSport treadmill that we purchased is at the pinnacle of the chart.  I am impressed with every facet of the unit.  Some of the most notable characteristics include: 1) it is virtually maintenance free  2) it runs very smoothly which makes it easy on the joints  3) it is simple to use for people of all skill and experience levels  4) it is extrememly quiet when in operation, and 5) it doesn't break down even under heavy and frequent use.  Many competing treadmills perform well for a brief time period and then begin to have problems with contiued use.  I have confidence in our Landice treadmill knowing that it is backed by a lifetime warranty.  I use our treadmill 5-6 times per week.  It just continues to run the same way it did when it was brand new out of the box.  In summary, I love my treadmill!
     I am also writing to commend you and your staff on fantastic customer service.  Whenever I have called with questions and/or needs regarding my treadmill, each call was met with concern and a genuine desire to solve my problem or answer my questions.  Each call ended with complete satisfaction without any begging, pleading or cajoling.  I also greatly appreciated the fact that you followed up with me a year after our purchase to see if I was satisfied with my treadmill.  Additionally, it was clear that your call was not just another call because you remembered specific aspects of our conversation that took place during the purchasing process.  Regrettably, customer service like yours and quality products like Landice treadmills are very rare in today's marketplace.  Body Basics coupled with Landice treadmills is a winning combination that allows the customer to win.  Thank you for your commitment to sell the best product and provide the best customer service.
