The trainer features a multi-grip pull-up bar offering wide, close, and rock climbing grips to enhance grip strength and forearm development.

    Color-coded adjustment points and illustrated exercise placards ensure intuitive use for all users, while the option to attach a Connect 22 Touchscreen Tablet provides engaging workout videos and personalized fitness resources.
